Jesus “Jesse” Ceja

Jesse has more than 24+ years of experience as a utility meter testman and engineer. He’s been working with CAISO for 14+ years and his metering experience is unmatched. As a certified instructor Jesse has trained many of the CAISO technicians who work in this field.

  • 24+ Years Experience as a Utility Meter Testman & Engineer

  • 14+ years of working with CAISO

  • CAISO Revenue Metering Engineer

  • CAISO Site Auditor

  • CAISO Certified Inspector No. 0003
